"We had listed three properties with two other realty companies and had no success over a 2-3year period. In November of 2020 we listed these three parcels of vacant land in the Aitkin County area with Timber Ghost Realty and specifically with Mark Nelson. One of the parcels sold right away and we closed Dec. 23, 2020. Mr. Nelson suggested that we reconfigure the remaining two parcels so that each would have river frontage and this was done with minimal expense.
