I am a licensed Realtor in both Minnesota and Wisconsin, specializing in rural, recreational, hunting, and commercial properties across Northern Minnesota and Wisconsin -- from the North Dakota border to the Michigan border. I have been an agent with Timber Ghost Realtysince 2009, helping buyers and sellers navigate the unique considerations of rural andrecreational real estate.

Rural property isn't just my business -- it's part of my way of life. My wife, daughter, and I live on a farm between Duluth and Two Harbors along Minnesota's North Shore, and I have spent years hunting, fishing, and enjoying the outdoors throughout the region.

I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, with an emphasis in Land Use Planning. This background gives me valuable insightinto land use and the unique considerations involved in buying and selling rural and recreationalproperty.

Before entering real estate, I spent 25 years in law enforcement-three years with the Wrangell, Alaska, Bureau of Public Safety and 22 years with the Duluth Police Department. My Duluth career included 10 years as a Family Crimes investigator specializing in child abuse and neglect, followed by five years as an investigator in the Financial Crimes Unit. I also served on statewide task forces in both areas. That experience developed my skills in research, investigation, attention to detail, communication, and integrity, which I continue to bring to my work with real estate clients.

I'm an avid bowhunter and Lake Superior fisherman and enjoy training pointing dogs for field use, particularly grouse dogs.

My combination of real estate experience, land-use education, investigative skills, rural living, and a lifelong appreciation for the outdoors gives me a unique perspective when helping clients evaluate rural property.
